Commercial Coffee Machine Service

At Macchina Espresso Tech we carry out full preventative maintenance and services whilst preserving, or even improving the taste and consistency of your espresso. All work gets carried out on site to suit your busy environment or we run a fast pick up and drop off service. We pride ourselves on our high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and both industry and technical knowledge. We are fully insured and strongly adhere to electrical safety standards while working on all appliances. We can also test and tag any appliances and ensure your gear is up to code.

We work closely with several coffee companies looking after their fleet and pride ourselves on our high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Our services include

  • All necessary washers, shower plates, seals, group heads, gaskets, grinder blades and burs.

  • A strip and clean of the group head(s).

  • A strip, check, thorough clean and replacement (if necessary) of the steam wand(s), water spout(s) and valves.

  • Any additional maintenance work that your machine requires including boiler inspections and pressure testing.

  • We can check all general machine settings and grinders, and an adjustment if required.

  • We can provide a detailed rundown of all work completed on your machine if required and give advice regarding machine repair, placement and/or set ups.

Professional filtration solutions

We can provide water testing and implement the right filtration for your coffee gear. Using unfiltered water in your coffee machine can drastically reduce the life of the machine and can result in costly repair bills. It is important to have the right filtration installed and replace the filter when necessary (usually every 12 months, high volume every 3 or 6 months).

Water filters use an activated carbon filter to remove sediment, chlorine and also reduce the total hardness (TH) of the water. If these are not filtered out of the water, they can rapidly cause issues with your coffee machine such as blocked pipe fittings, scale build-up in the group head and boiler causing inefficiencies in heating and performance.
