Macchina Espresso Tech is a small family business founded by Scott Rizo who has been part of the hospitality industry for over 20 years.

In the last 10 years he has been actively involved in the coffee scene as a highly regarded coffee trainer, back up roaster and coffee machine technician for Underground Coffee Roasters in Christchurch.
